Veteran Ghanaian recording engineer and record producer, Emmanuel Mallet popularly known as Zapp Mallet has advised Afua Asantewaa Aduonum to quit her attempt to break the record for the longest individual singing marathon.

Mallet observed that, Afua is not strong enough to achieve what she is so bent on as according to him, the singer is hitting off-key.

In a post on X, he advised Afua to instead, quit the challenge now and find “some heavy food to eat.”

He wrote,

“Even professional singers won’t attempt a feat like this without a voice coach around to be coaching what to do. No strategy. Just play, I will sing. I feel for Afua paa.

“Herrhh! Find some heavy to eat. Singing is for the strong. Don’t let deceive you. Now you see you can’t even hit key? So so off key. All bcos you tire. Smh
