Leicester City have opened a four-point gap between the second-place Leeds United with just two games to end the long English Championship season.

In a roller-coaster final quarter of the Foxes season, Leicester City was struggling just like their competitors but are now safe and on the brink of returning to the EPL after back-to-back wins.

At King Power Stadium on Tuesday night, the young Ghanaian talented forward, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku scored a wonderful hattrick to record a superb win for Enzo Maresc’s charges.

The young Ghanaian opened the scoring in the first half for Leicester City as the Foxes went to the break leading by a lone goal.

Ndidi added the home team’s second in the 62nd minute. Fatawu Issahaku scored twice in the last 15 minutes to condemn the Saints to an embarrassing defeat.

It was Fatawu Issahaku’s first hattrick for Leicester City.

Leicester City needs just a win in their last two games against Preston North End and Blackburn Rovers to secure a quick return to the EPL.
